Springfest

he Symphony’s mission is to provide a variety of musical experiences and education to audiences of all ages, and the Springfest program provides just that for younger audiences. Small ensembles from the Symphony perform for elementary school classes each April and May for the Grand Junction Musical Arts Association Springfest program. In 2007, the program served more than 11,000 students from District 51. The program is founded by the Grand Junction Symphony Orchestra Music Director and Conductor Kirk Gustafson.
